- 2 t-bone steaks (each approx. 14 - 20 oz)
- coarse sea salt
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1.Utensils: peeler, large bowl, small bowl, whisk, grill-pan (Fissler arcana or Fissler crispy steelux premium)
2.Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Then cut the sweet potatoes into fries in your preferred shape and size. Then put the fries in a bowl filled with water for approx. 15 minutes. Remove from water and pat dry.
3.Season the meat with salt. In a pre-heated pan, fry for approx. 4 minutes on each side. Add the rosemary, crushed garlic and butter to the meat, glazing the steak with the butter. Season with pepper. Remove the meat from the pan and wrap in aluminum foil and allow to rest for approx. 10 minutes.
