  • 2 lbs. frozen crab legs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lemon

Preparation Instructions

1.Place water and a perforated insert into the cooker, then add the crab legs.

2.Close and lock the lid in place. Heat on high until pressure builds and the indicator rod rises to maximum pressure.

3.Turn down the heat, cook for 2 minutes.

4.In a separate pan, melt butter over medium-low heat and combine with juice squeezed from the lemon.

5.Turn off the heat, and release the pressure by slowly pressing the button on the handle.

6.Once oil pressure is released, open the lid.

7.Remove and plate the crab legs (shells should be red or bright pink and hot to the touch).

8.Serve with lemon butter in a dish for dipping.
