Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, washed, dried, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. butter,
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Preparation Instructions

1.Heat a large skillet over high heat with butter and oil.

2.When butter foam begins to subside, add the mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes until lightly browned.
