- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 4 gloves garlic, crushed
- fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano
- 1 cup ketchup

1.Heat up the pressure cooker over medium high heat. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and sear in cooker in several batches. When all ribs are seared put them back into the cooker and add other ingredients, except barbeque sauce, with a couple sprigs of thyme, rosemary and oregano.
2.Close and lock the lid in place.
3.Heat on high until pressure builds and the indicator rod rises to show maximum pressure.
4.Turn down the heat. Cook for 10 minutes.
5.Turn off the heat, and release the pressure by slowly pressing the button on the handle.
6.Once all pressure is released, open the lid.
7.Serve basted in BBQ sauce, or follow optional instructions below.
9.Heat up oven to 450° F. (You can also either a broiler or a grill.) Mix all ingredients for the BBQ sauce and season to taste.
