Fissler helps to defend the right of every child to a joyful and nurturing childhood with their donation to the Association of Benefit Children

Fissler, the market leader in German cookware, is giving back to the community with a donation of thousands of pieces of Fissler cookware. This donation will help to grow the kitchen supply of families in need and promote healthy nutrition to those who do not readily have access to these products.

The Association of Benefit Children (ABC) provides educational programs to children ages’ birth to 18 through Head Start, Universal Pre-k, afterschool, and summer camp. They also provide adult education including GED, ESL, computer skills, parenting, and nutrition classes.  They provide a full range of mental health services for children including crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment. They also have a supportive housing program for homeless families living with HIV/AIDS. Fissler’s generous donation will be distributed directly to the families they serve.

“The Association to Benefit Children is very excited to receive such a generous donation from Fissler America Inc. which will help our families and support our mission to promote good health. Their gift of Fissler Cookware will be distributed to the families we serve in the East Harlem and South Bronx communities.”

“Fissler aspires to bring the happiness and togetherness to a family that results from making a good and healthy home-cooked meal. We are happy to have the opportunity to help the Association of Benefit Children bring that to families in need.”
