WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty for new Fissler products, excluding the CookStar Induction Pro and Knives:
Fissler USA warrants to the original owner of the new cookware that it is free of defects in material and construction for the life of the
product under normal use and proper care.  Fissler USA will repair or replace, at its discretion, any item with a manufacturing defect.
Should the defective item be discontinued, a similar item will be substituted. This warranty does not cover silicone or rubber parts,
and normal wear and tear including scratches, slight variations in the stainless steel, and discoloration.

3-Year Warranty for new CookStar Induction Pro:
Fissler USA warrants a 3-Year technical guarantee to the original owner of the new induction stove that it is free of defects in material,
construction, and functions under normal use and proper care.  Fissler USA will repair or replace, at its discretion, any item with
a manufacturing defect.  This warranty does not cover claims arising from commercial use, and normal wear and tear including scratches
or slight design variations. 

North American Linited Lifetime Warranty for Fissler Knives:
All Fissler knives are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Wear from normal
use and damage due to abuse, neglect, or improper usa/care are not covered by this warranty. Defective items will be repaired or replaced
upon inspection with proof of purchase.

Lifetime Sharpening Services for Fissler Knives:
Fissler USA will offer professional sharpening services for all Fissler knives purchased from an Authorized Fissler dealer free of charge.
           
All Fissler products must be purchased from an Authorized Dealer in the United States or Canada in order for Fissler USA to honor any
manufacturer’s warranties. Incidents of overheating, alterations, unauthorized repairs, use of non-genuine Fissler parts and accessories,
misuse, negligence, or abuse will void these warranties. Consequential or incidental damages are expressly excluded by these warranties.

If an item is thought to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us for detailed instructions on returning the product.
The item must be mailed prepaid with proof of purchase in the United States or Canada.
